Refund policy

We process orders within up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled. We do not offer same-day shipping.

Order edits are permitted only if the order has not yet shipped. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the one-of-one, vintage, and upcycled nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds, returns, or standard exchanges under any circumstances except as expressly stated below.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, sizing details, and images carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the item’s condition, sizing, and characteristics.

All vintage and upcycled items may show signs of wear, minor imperfections, fading, distressing, or alterations consistent with their age and nature. These characteristics are not considered defects.

We are not responsible for fit issues, sizing misunderstandings, color variations due to screen settings, or buyer’s remorse.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@stellagroove.com

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide required documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be offered if available.
  • If no replacement is available, store credit will be issued.
  • A monetary refund will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable and store credit is not feasible.

Return shipping is applicable only for approved damaged or incorrect item claims and must be authorized in writing before any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
