Shipping policy

We process all orders within up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)

• $8.00 for orders $0.00–$99.99
• Free for orders $100.00 and up

Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

• $15.00

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Stella Groove Productions LLC.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Customers outside the United States will not be able to complete checkout.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered.
